PZT piezoelectric ceramics are sintered at high temperature by three kinds of oxides of the same or different proportions – lead oxide (PbO), sodium titanate (TiO2) and sodium zirconate (ZrO2). Under the action, a polarization phenomenon and a piezoelectric effect will occur, causing the ceramic body to produce charge distribution and size changes, thereby realizing the functions of electrical-mechanical conversion and mechanical-electrical conversion.
