The internet of things in the banking market is expected to register a CAGR of 18.58%, during the forecast period from 2020 to 2025. Today’s banking customers are known to be less loyal, more demanding, and increasingly comfortable with the entire digital banking experiences, from selfservice to automated wealth advisory.
