The automatic nucleic acid extractor is used in conjunction with supporting reagents for fully automatic extraction and purification of DNA/RNA, proteins and cells. The magnetic bead method is adopted to realize the transfer of magnetic beads/sample through the adsorption, transfer and release of magnetic beads by the magnetic rod and the magnetic rod sleeve, and complete the automatic extraction and purification operation. The operation is automated, fast and simple. Using a special kit or a 96-well reaction plate, 1 to 96 samples can be processed simultaneously. With different kinds of magnetic bead nucleic acid extraction reagents, it can be used for the extraction and purification of different nucleic acids in clinical samples.
