In 2019, North America was the largest geographical segment of the market studied, and it accounted for a share of around 37.6% of the global market.

Using hybrid alfalfa seeds, high quality of fodder for animals can be produced, thereby providing a better yield in less land, as compared to the non-hybrid seeds production within the same land.
